Attention Customers! Palmer Pro Bike is open and serving the cycling community with a few changes mandated by Massachusetts coronavirus protocol. Customers can shop, pick up and drop off bikes BUT a mask is required and distancing (social/6 ft.) is necessary. Also, customers can order their bike by e-mail to [email protected] or by phone to (413) 289 9458. Feel free to phone about availability, bike sizing, or to ask about a repair or accessory. A final word about parts - they are beginning to arrive at distro centers in greater numbers. If you were holding off on a repair because a part was not available, now may be the time to have it done. Healthy wishes to all!

Why Palmer Pro Bike?
Palmer Pro Bike is committed to providing the best riding experience to cyclists of all ages, styles and abilities. The Trek line of bicycles leverages the latest technology to deliver the most efficient and comfortable ride. All bikes are assembled by a Trek factory-trained mechanic. Let Palmer Pro Bike find the right bike for you … because YOU deserve the best!
At PPB, cycling is more than a sport, it is community. Whether your thing is competing, touring or just cruising the neighborhood, all cyclists share a passion for expanding horizons and the sense of freedom that a bike ride delivers. Customers are encouraged to post area cycling events and opportunities on the store's Event Bulletin board for fellow riders to see.
PPB will work with the bike owner to provide maintenance and repair services that are within the customer's budget. Often, less expensive components can provide years of reliable use. PPB will help you choose the right part(s) for your bike and riding style.
PPB will make every effort to match or beat prices on new Trek bicycles sold at local area brick and mortar stores.
Palmer Pro Bike offers a full range of services from simple flat repairs to complete rebuilds of modern and vintage rides. No project is too small and repairs are made with the goal of exceeding the customer's expectations regardless of budget.
Thanks for visiting!

Commentary - Bike owners need a mechanic that they can work with to diagnose and fix their ride. On occasion an older bike or one that is ridden hard may need to be returned to revisit a repair. PPB customers are encouraged to return a recently serviced bike for adjustments or further evaluation at no additional cost.
